Relationship therapy (2+ people) for communication, navigating escalation/de-escalation, identifying patterns, building intimacy, goal setting, etc. I have experience working with polyamorous/ENM relationships, married couples, and chosen partners

Treatment for families with children or adult children. I also provide support to parents/caregivers with teens or young adults (around themes such as boundaries, emotional dysregulation, establishing rules/roles, launching, generational trauma/patterns, etc.)
